Registration will once again be available online and is open now for the 2012 retreat.  Please click on the link below if you would like to sign up and pay online (via PayPal) or print a form and mail it in with a check.

Cost:   $185 on or before October 15, 2011
$190 from October 15 to January 24, 2012
$210 after January 24, 2012

  • Registration includes: Inspirational speakers, 7 different sessions, 4 Meals (All 3 on Sat and Breakfast on Sun), Musicial Production Sat Evening, Marriott Self-Parking Fees, Access to Hospitality Rooms, Core Stretching Class.
  • All sessions have assigned seating.  To sit with friends, make sure to include their names and phone numbers in the "Group" box when you register online.  If mailing in registration forms, please try to include those you want at your table in the same envelope.  Your table assignment will rotate during the weekend, but you will stay with your table group.  Table assignments are not automatically grouped by churches, you must request your specific group.  Tables seat a maximum of 10 women.
  • No refunds will be given after February 11, 2012. 
  • There will be a $15 administrative fee on all cancellations.
  • We LOVE babies... but, this is an occasion for adult women.

CWR has a block of rooms reserved at a reduced rate. The CWR rate for 2012 will be $198+taxes, or $99+ taxes if you share with a friend. Please make sure to request the discounted rate. Enter group code CAWCAWA if you are registering online with the Marriott. This rate is guaranteed until Friday, Feb 10,2012 or until block is completely booked.  The 100 doubles have been placed away for California Women's Retreat. When making reservations the center will tell you that there are no doubles available due to the fact that the hotel is protecting them and they are not available, however once you check in there will be a request that you have given for a double double. The double double's will be given upon check in at the hotel.

CWR has also contracted with the Marriott this year to take care of the parking charges. Self parking will be free for all CWR attendees. Please note that if you choose to use the Valet parking service that will be at your own expense.
